Shipping and Returns

Orders

Some of our items are made to order and can take up to five business days before they are shipped out. If you have any questions about any of our products or are looking for custom orders please contact us at info@olpr.com.

Orders are not processed on weekends. Order processing times may be delayed during holidays or other times when we are experiencing a high volume of orders.

Payments

Payment can be processed using Paypal, ShopPay, Google Pay, or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). You can select the payment method at checkout. No matter what option for payment you select, your purchase transaction information is securely protected.

Please note: any customs duties and import taxes must be paid by the recipient. We do not take responsibility for customs and import taxes or delays due to customs.

Shipping

Domestic Shipping

All products that will be delivered within the USA are shipped using either USPS or FedEx delivery services, with the tracking number included. Shipping within the USA usually takes between 3 to 5 business days. If you require a different method of shipping, please contact us at info@olpr.com for assistance. We do not take responsibility should there be any loss or delays on the part of the shipping courier.  

 

International Shipping

International items are shipped with USPS First Class International shipping, which does not include tracking once the item moves outside the USA. Other shipping methods can be ordered in a custom request. Delivery time varies based on the final destination and local custom laws. Average time for international delivery is around 10 business days. We are not responsible for any delay or product loss during transit.

 

Please keep in mind that while we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, olpr. Leather Goods Co. cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

Refunds and Exchanges

Our goal is to provide all of our customers with a pleasant experience from the first visit to our website, to the moment the ordered products are received. We aim to deliver high quality products as well as exceptional customer service.

If for any reason, the item you received does not meet your expectations in any way, contact us within the first 48 hours after receiving. You can return the item for a refund or exchange your item within 14 days from the day your order was delivered (the date provided by the shipping service).

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Products with debossing, laser engraving, or any other personalization, as well as custom items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

After you have contacted us and the item was accepted for a refund or replacement, the order should be returned to us as soon as possible. Please send it to the following address:

We kindly ask you to provide the return tracking number to facilitate the process.
 

Exceptions may apply. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment unless specified on the return/exchange form. Upon processing of the returned order, your account will be credited for the original amount of the returned item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be received by us in its original condition before any exchange or refund can be issued. Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging, or has clear signs of use will not be refunded or replaced. Personalized items and items made for custom orders will not be accepted for a refund or replacement. Once the return is received, please allow 14 - 30 business days to process the return.
