If you are looking for distressed, vintage leather with a firm feel, you should go with Milwaukee leather or Crazy Horse leather. Italian leather is the most supple and is the right choice for those who is looking for soft leather. Mexican leather is durable and strong, able to withstand heavy usage and resist wear and tear. It features a minimal full-grain effect compared to other types of leather.

Our products are made of naturally tanned leather that requires relatively little care. There is no need for frequent cleaning, and scratches or marks from daily wear and tear can be rubbed or polished out with a dry cloth. It only needs conditioning once or twice per year. Should your product get wet, remove any residual water immediately with a paper towel, pat loosely with paper and allow it to dry naturally. Please note that different leathers will wear differently and may change appearance over time.

All olpr. items are handmade in the USA in a small family workshop located in Mooresville, North Carolina.

All the refills for our leather covers come with lined paper. Unfortunately, we don’t have any other options for them. But it’s possible to order the cover only and use it with your own refill.

Measure your wrist with flexible tape measurements just below the wrist bone, where you would normally wear the watch. That would be your wrist size. Then select the appropriate wrist size from our watch band size guide.

All of our watch bands are made from two securely fastened pieces of leather, except for one watch band, the Nato Zulu Leather Watch Band 1 piece, which is made from a single piece of leather.

Non-waxed aprons can be washed in the washing machine. Please use a low-temperature mode, avoid aggressive detergents, air dry only. Washing is not recommended for the waxed canvas aprons, as it will breakdown the wax. Only a simple spot clean with just water or mild soap is allowed in this case. To keep the non-waxed canvas apron looking good, it is better to wash it by hand as little as possible, and in cold water. Air drying is best.

No, our table mats come with no lining.

The majority of our products are made to order and it takes approximately 1-5 business days for handcraft. Some leather bags and backpacks are processed and dispatched within up to two weeks. If you place your order on a weekend, we will start working on it on Monday or on the next working day. Please note the processing time can take longer during busy periods, like the time before Christmas.

Debossing is the process of imprinting a design onto the leather using a press form, while engraving is the process of burning a design into the leather with a laser machine.

We can engrave a company logo or other custom artwork onto the leather. You will only need to provide the image in vector format. The best files are black and white in any of the following formats: .ai, .tiff, .eps, or .pdf. The extra charge for logo engraving is $10.

Only Arial font is available for the debossing. The engraving can be made in any of the following fonts: Corsiva, Segoe Script, Alberto, Arial and Times New Roman.

Only the Arial font is available for embossing. Two size options are possible: For up to 3 symbols, the size is 36pt (10mm), all in UPPERCASE; for 4 symbols and more, the size is 24pt (7mm for UPPERCASE and 5mm for lowercase).

Sure, we can add your engraving in bold / cursive. Just please add a note to your order.

There are no character limits for the engraving.

We offer two font sizes for debossing. For engraving, the font size can be adjusted to any size.

The monogram is debossed onto the leather using the Arial font. We offer two different font sizes: Large and Small. The Large size is 36pt (10mm in height) with a 3-character limit and is available in uppercase only. The Small size is 24pt (7mm in height) with a 10-character limit and is available in both uppercase and lowercase.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt. But custom and personalized items are considered a final sale. No returns or exchanges accepted. If something isn’t quite right with your personalized item, please contact us via email: info@olpr.com.

If you have purchased a non-personalized item, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt. We will provide an exchange or refund once the item is returned to us. The item must have a proof of purchase and be in the same condition as when it was sent to you.

There may be some variation due to the nature of genuine leather and natural dyeing techniques. Each leather item will be slightly different, which contributes to its unique beauty.

We use full-grain leather to make our items. This leather type is tanned with soluble natural dyes and comes with an aniline finish, with no surface pigment or coating. This makes full-grain leather the most natural-looking, but also more susceptible to scratching, fading and staining. Natural grain patterns, color variations as well as skin irregularities are inherent in the leather and are considered part of its natural beauty.
